Tacori in 2019: The Newest Collections from the Jewelry Designer

April 23, 2019

Tacori has built a reputation over the years as one of the most brilliant brands in the world of jewelry design. There’s a reason for that: Tacori blends centuries of jewelry-making traditions with California chic to make bridal and fashion jewelry that can’t be matched by other brands.

We’ve turned the spotlight on Tacori in the past, but today, we’d like to give the designer’s 2019 looks a fresh spot in the sun:

Engagement Rings

Are you a lover of engagement rings with a unique elan? You may appreciate the grace of the Coastal Crescent and Dantela collections from Tacori, then.

We’re fond of Tacori engagement rings in general, but there’s something special about the aesthetics that Tacori has baked into these new collections. Coastal Crescent is Tacori’s take on the concept of the solitaire, with prominent center diamonds set in dainty 14k gold.

But while the front-facing part of the ring is minimalistic and diamond-focused, the sides of the ring (visible to a woman) are milgrain-beaded, made with the classic “hidden heart” pattern from Tacori, and studded with small side diamonds, making for a gorgeous pairing.

The Dantela collection, named for the Romanian word for “lace”, offers plenty of different looks that pair with different cuts of diamond. Given the popularity of princess-cut engagement rings, however, you may appreciate the way the Dantela “bloom” allows the geometric perfection of a princess-cut diamond while softening its angles and adding gold lace to the crown of the rings.

Wedding Bands

Tacori is no stranger to wedding bands, either! When you’re looking for a designer wedding band, you can trust that the Coastal Crescent and Dantela collections have their share of gorgeous wedding bands.

Among Tacori wedding bands, Coastal Crescent bands embrace the same daintiness that characterizes the engagement rings: Pave-set side diamonds decorate the coastal waves of the bands, the hidden hearts on the sides set with milgrain beading.

Alternatively, you can mix and match your Tacori engagement ring with the delightful lacework of Dantela collection wedding bands. Interestingly, Tacori opted for minimalism with this collection — which makes sense when you think about how detail-rich Dantela engagement rings are. It’s a case of opposites making the best partners, in this case!
